"The furbaby got an ear infection. He was swabbed and tested. Found out he has the start of one in his other ear. The explanations from the Doctor were in layman's terms which is always helpful. And the lesson in ear flushing was definitely appreciated. Not his first ear infection, but the first time we were asked to come back for a follow up visit to make sure it's all cleared it. It's the little extra things that they do that makes me satisfied with the care they provide."
